Our client is an epic client-focused community bank that is growing rapidly. They are looking to bring on an Operations Supervisor.

Responsibilities include:

• Supervise and perform back-office tasks such as dispute resolution, wire transfers, and processing foreign check collections.

• Set up and manage fraud alert systems and associated activities.

• Revise and evaluate departmental protocols to enhance efficiency and ensure compliance.

• Perform daily reconciliation of accounts in progress.

• Help with the maintenance of client accounts in the back office.

• Carry out monthly and quarterly departmental certifications.

• Work together with bank regulators and auditors to provide necessary documentation and reports.

• Assist with client services and cash management when needed.

• Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring quick resolution of inquiries.

• Manage client correspondence in accordance with bank policies and product knowledge.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the banking sector, ideally in management and back-office support roles.

• Preferably holds a college degree.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proven capability to handle routine issues and juggle multiple tasks effectively.

• Excellent leadership skills with an emphasis on team efficiency and employee development.

• Demonstrated proficiency in fraud detection and resolving disputes.

• Thorough understanding of banking regulations and operational procedures.

• Skilled in using Microsoft Office Suite and Zoom.
