Loan Closing Specialist Location:San Francisco, CA Salary Range:$70K-$80K Full-Time, Onsite Schedule:Mon-Fri 8:30AM-5PM Direct Hire

We're on the lookout for a dynamic Loan Closing Specialist!

In this role, you'll dive into the world of loan documentation, handling everything from commercial lines of credit to residential and consumer loans. You'll be the go-to expert for loan servicing, responding to client inquiries, and ensuring seamless loan processing.

What Youll Be Doing:

• Master the art of commercial and consumer loan closing and funding
• Order and obtain crucial documents like tax and flood services, UCC searches, and insurance
• Review disbursement applications and controls for construction loans
• Take on additional loan closing duties as needed
• Assist with loan audits to ensure everything is shipshape

What You Bring:

• Bachelors degree in business, finance, or a related fieldispreferred
• Minimum 5 years of banking experience in a loan servicing department
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word,SilverLake,nCino, and LaserPro
• Sharp attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to managethecompleteprocessofprojects within deadlines
• Flexibility to thrive in a growing and changing environment
• Compliance with all BSA, attendingmandatory trainingas needed
