Our client, a prestigious law firm, is seeking a skilled Litigation Paralegal to join their dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to support attorneys in complex litigation matters. The ideal candidate will have experience in all phases of litigation, from inception through trial, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys with the preparation and filing of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery.

• Coordinate document production, including reviewing and organizing case documents for depositions, hearings, and trials.

• Conduct legal research and gather pertinent information for cases.

• Manage case files and ensure all documentation is properly filed and organized.

• Prepare trial binders and exhibits for use in court.

• Coordinate witness interviews and depositions.

• Assist with calendaring, including tracking court deadlines and case schedules.

• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel as needed.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in litigation, preferably in a law firm setting.

• Strong knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and court filings.

• Proficiency with legal research tools and case management software.

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to be on-site at least 3 days per week.
