Wells Fargo Lead QA Engineer in SAN FRANCISCO, California

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a dynamic Lead Software Engineer to join the Enterprise Application & Cloud Transformation team to realize a world class, next-gen Contact Center as a Service solution for the firm, creating an innovative and efficient customer and agent experience.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead complex technology Cloud initiatives including those that are companywide with broad impact.

  • Utilize advanced Octane testing knowledge.

  • Make decisions in developing standards and companywide best practices for testing and large-scale technology solutions.

  • Leverage Jira and Agile methodology experience.

  • Provide detailed knowledge of data needed to execute QA test scripts.

  • Conduct detailed analysis of complex design documentation.

  • Leverage telephony experience to develop new strategies and tools to enhance and increase functional testing.

  • Build comprehensive IRV and routing test scenarios.

  • Lead testing discussions with partners to resolve testing challenges and provide solutions to testing problems.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

  • 4+ years of Contact Center industry experience with design, development, testing, integration with vendors, CRMs and business applications.

  • 3+ years of quality assurance experience including writing and executing test scripts

  • 3+ years of Agile experience

  • 2+ years of Jira experience

  • 2+ years of Octane experience

Desired Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of building IVR test scenarios

  • 2+ years building scripts in Hammer Call Master

  • Proficient knowledge of GCP Platform

  • Proficient understanding of Security best practices

  • Network infrastructure knowledge and experience

  • Knowledge of Monitoring and logging across multiple discrete platforms

  • This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.

  • Hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 days remote)

  • Relocation assistance is not available for this position.

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$111,100.00 - $237,100.00
