Title: Lead Advisor

Location: Berkeley, CA (Hybrid)

Salary: $150-200k Base + Discretionary Bonuses + Revenue Share on NNA

About the Company: This distinguished boutique wealth management firm is at the helm of over millions in client assets. It delivers investment management, financial planning, and tax services which are specifically tailored to meet the needs of families and individuals, with a special focus on entrepreneurs, executives, and professionals within startup and emerging growth contexts

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a Personal CFO for clients, leading and managing wealth management plans that support their goals.

• Leverage internal and external resources to achieve objectives in investment management, tax planning, risk management, and general planning.

• Clearly communicate the value proposition to build trust with prospective clients.

• Make client recommendations that align with their financial plan and Investment Policy Statement.

• Provide strategic advice on investment management, retirement planning, tax planning, risk management, and estate planning.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in comprehensive holistic financial planning and proven ability to lead client relationships.

• Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation or progress towards it is a plus, but not required.

• A B.A. or B.S. degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

• Solid relationship management skills and the ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.

• Advanced project management skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Knowledge of a CRM (i.e., Advisor Engines, Salesforce) is a plus.
