Our client, a venture firm specializing in cryptocurrencies, blockchain, fintech, and marketplaces, is expanding rapidly and launching a new fund. With solid institutional support, they provide an opportunity to join a new team in the exciting realm of crypto.

Responsibilities:

• Report directly to the Controller.

• Provide financial data and support quarterly reports to Fund Admin.

• Assist with annual audits, including auditor requests and footnotes drafting.

• Manage Fund and GP ledgers, record expenses, accruals, and transactions.

• Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements.

• Monitor cash positions and process Fund and Investment activities.

• Support Investor Relations with limited partner inquiries.

• Improve accounting procedures, internal controls, and provide financial information.

  Requirements

• 2+ years of accounting experience in asset management.

• Open to candidates from public accounting.

• Advanced Excel

• CPA certification is a plus.

• Interest in crypto or previous experience with cryptocurrencies preferred.
