Sutter Health Donor Relations Coordinator II in San Francisco, California

Position Overview:

Responsible for stewardship activities involving staff, individuals, and families throughout the region. Develops programs and services to assist fundraising staff in maintaining relationships with current donors and key constituents, including but not limited to, patients, physicians and employees. Performs a variety of duties that support philanthropic services such as prospect development, solicitation efforts and reporting mechanisms.

*This position is on a hybrid weekly work schedule - 3 days onsite; 2 days work from home.

Job Description :

EDUCATION:

Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.

Bachelor's: Business, Healthcare or related field

TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:

1 year recent relevant experience

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

Knowledge of fundraising principles, planning and execution of special events and annual giving programs.

Writing and communication skills: written and verbal, listening, negotiation.

Ability to build and facilitate good working relationships with staff at all levels of the organization.

Customer service ethic – for both internal and external customers.

Ability to work independently and have an ability to work under pressure to handle multiple requests and competing deadlines.

Computer skills, including experience with microsoft word, excel, outlook and powerpoint.

Respect for confidentiality and accuracy in handling donor information.

Pay Range is $32.48 to $47.10 / hour

The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs.
