Meta Channel Performance Manager in San Francisco, California

Summary:

The Business Marketing Group connects businesses with their customers on Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Messenger to help them grow their businesses through solutions like pages, advertising, messaging, and more. We succeed when we help our customers grow their business leveraging our solutions. The Global Marketing Channels team is responsible for the performance and scalability of our digital marketing channels including web, email, in-product messaging, SEM/SEO, display and Meta ads to provide value for our customers and enable business impact. We focus on developing and executing strategies that make our marketing channels impact levers for the business.We are searching for a Channel Performance Manager to play a pivotal role in governing and optimizing our company-wide B2B marketing communications. This individual will be responsible for driving cross-functional collaboration and strategy for how we deliver the best possible marketing experience for our customers. The ideal candidate is passionate about performance marketing, the customer experience, and driving measurable results at a large scale. As an expert in marketing communications management, this individual will be shaping our global approach and the scaled impact of our business marketing presence. The ideal candidate is an analytically-driven marketer with strong communication skills and business acumen.

Required Skills:

Channel Performance Manager Responsibilities:

  1. The intersection of marketing and product communications, optimize the business impact and customer value of our company-wide business marketing communications

  2. Partner with marketing and product leadership to develop and drive governance standards for marketing communications quality and message delivery across customer segments

  3. Ensure delivery of a consistent, cohesive marketing communications experience by creating aligned frameworks for marketing goals by customer life-cycle stage

  4. Leverage horizontal view of marketing and product communications to identify opportunities to improve communications effectiveness, activating with stakeholders to do so

  5. Partner with data science to drive learning agendas and measurement to refine strategies, develop hypotheses, and quantify impact

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in digital marketing

  2. 10+ years of digital marketing, performance marketing or growth marketing experience with track record of improving marketing impact

  3. Experience managing enterprise-scale marketing communications

  4. Experience working with product and engineering teams to deliver on roadmap and measurable results

  5. Expertise in leveraging multiple digital marketing channels (web, email, Meta ads, search, display, etc.) to drive results in a B2B or performance marketing capacity

  6. Experience executing marketing measurement and data analyses with clear, actionable interpretation of insights

  1. Familiarity optimizing multiple digital marketing channels

  2. Familiarity with marketing tech platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud

  3. Familiarity with experimental design and statistical methodologies for optimizing, analyzing, and measuring marketing impact

  4. Project management experience leading and managing multiple projects at the same time

Public Compensation:

$150,000/year to $211,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
