Job Title: Business Development Manager
Job Description
A leading construction management firm is seeking a dynamic Business Development and Marketing Manager to join their team and help drive their growth strategy. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong communication skills and a deep understanding of the construction industry.
Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, industry events, and referrals.
Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, partners, and other stakeholders.
Collaborate with project managers and the executive team to develop proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for growth.
Attend weekly meetings to strategize various pursuits in different regions.
Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the company’s services and capabilities.
Manage the company’s online presence, including the website, social media platforms, and digital marketing campaigns.
Create marketing materials, including brochures, case studies, and newsletters, to effectively communicate the company’s value proposition.
Organize and participate in industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events.
Work closely with the executive team to align business development and marketing strategies with overall company goals.
Prepare regular reports on business development activities, marketing performance, and market trends.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all platforms.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred but not required).
2+ years of experience in business development and marketing, preferably within the construction or related industries.
Proven track record of successfully identifying and securing new business opportunities.
Understanding of construction management processes and industry trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
