Job Description

This role will be responsible for supporting the Accounts Receivable team and other finance teams with advanced technical assistance and problem-solving expertise to resolve complex customer issues through email management and customer issue resolution. This role will also support the Finance Operations team with various essential finance processes and projects.

Skills and Requirements

College degree

 Experience with Salesforce and Zendesk preferred

 1-2 years of experience in an operations & customer support role

 Excellent communication, ability to multitask, and re-prioritize on the fly

 Ability to work both independently and with supervision null
