Job Description

DLA Piper is seeking a mid-level Debt Finance associate to work in its Venture & Growth group in any of our US offices. We are seeking candidates with 5-7 years of experience handling upmarket bilateral, syndicated and sponsor backed deals for banks and private credit funds. Applicants should have a strong academic background from nationally recognized schools and must be admitted to practice in the jurisdiction in which you are applying.

Physical Demands, Work Environment, and Other Requirements

Pay Transparency

In accordance with California’s, New York City’s and Washington State’s Pay Transparency Law, the pay rate for this position, if hired to work in California, New York City, or Washington State is $345,000 - $400,000. The compensation offered to a candidate selected for employment will be dependent upon various factors, including the candidate’s geographic market, skills, educational and professional background, experience, and overall qualifications.
