Job Title: Test Operator (Contract)

Location: San Diego

Position Overview: We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Test Operator to join our team. As a Test Operator, you will be responsible for conducting tests on various parts and components to ensure they meet quality and performance standards. This role is crucial in maintaining the integrity and reliability of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform testing procedures on electronic parts and components according to established protocols and standards.

• Record and interpret test results accurately and meticulously.

• Identify and report any deviations or anomalies in test results promptly.

• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

• Document test procedures, results, and any relevant data in accordance with company guidelines.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing methods and procedures.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical education or certification is a plus.

• Proven experience as a Test Operator or similar role in a manufacturing or testing environment.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to document and report findings effectively.

• Commitment to quality, safety, and efficiency in all aspects of work.
