We are seeking a Temporary Administrative Leasing Coordinator for our San Diego office. This individual will be detail-oriented, proactive, and have strong verbal and written communication skills.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and office support, including, but not limited to, reporting, scheduling meetings, setting up conference calls, coordinating tours, etc.

  • Prepare multiple weekly project status and performance reports related to leasing.

  • Facilitate the preparation and execution of LOIs, lease documents, and commission agreements.

  • Calculate, process, and track all broker commissions.

  • Assist with preparing for property tours (i.e., investor, analyst, prospective tenant tours) and investor pitches, as needed.

  • Organize necessary materials for meetings and projects.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.

  • 2+ years of administrative office experience, ideally supporting a corporate environment.

  • Verbal and written communications critical and required, with demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to interact both internally with Company members and externally with brokers, contractors, architects, consultants, and other project team members.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products, including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access.

  • Proven time management and organizational skills.

  • Results orientation, proactivity, and high responsiveness with great attention to detail.

  • Highly collaborative, flexible team player with a willingness to learn.

  • The expected base salary range for this position is $65,000-75,000 USD annually. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the consideration of many factors, which may include, but are not limited to: the individual’s knowledge, experience, education, qualifications, skills, job location, and the Company’s compensation practices.
