Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and post journal entries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

• Reconcile general ledger accounts on a monthly basis and resolve discrepancies.

• Perform financial analysis and create reports to support month-end and year-end closing processes.

• Prepare and manage bank reconciliations and other account reconciliations as necessary.

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and other management reports.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper financial data recording and analysis.

• Support audits by providing requested documentation and resolving inquiries.

• Monitor and analyze financial transactions to ensure compliance with accounting standards.

  Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience in accounting or a similar financial role.

• Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

• Strong knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and general accounting practices.

• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.

• Outstanding problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with teams and presenting findings.

• (Preferred) CPA certification or progress toward certification is a plus.
