The Application Modernization and Innovation offering is comprised of experienced professionals who help guide clients through their most complex technology challenges. This can include the delivery of large-scale software applications & integrated systems, the development of service-oriented architecture (SOA) & other integrations solutions, and the delivery of technology enablement to support CIO services transformation. Our Application Modernization and Innovation offering focuses on key client issues that impact the core business. We provide operational value, modernized mission solutions, and enhanced technology innovation.

Qualifications

Required:

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or at any time in the future

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering, computer science, or other related technical field

• 10 years of experience in software development and management of large scale DoD programs

• Experience with applying modern software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, DEVOPS/DEVSECOPS) with cybersecurity solutions in a government consulting environment

• Work with other functional disciplines to integrate hardware, software and cybersecurity solutions across digital platforms

• Experience working with software and cybersecurity solutions to ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of digital systems and their underlying data

• Active Secret Clearance

  Preferred:

• Master's degree in applied science, computing, engineering, mathematics, physics, management information systems, or another related engineering or computer science discipline

• Extensive experience in the design, development and maintenance of security measures for digital systems

• Active Top Secret Clearance

  For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in California, Colorado, Hawaii, Jersey City, Nevada, New York state, and Washington State, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to California, Colorado, Hawaii, Jersey City, Nevada, New York state, and Washington state and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $113,000 to $188,000.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
