Minimum Education:

• High School Diploma or GED with 10 years of experienceExperience:

• 5,000 hours of professional scheduling within the past (9) years

• Alternatively, 3,500 hours with a Project Management Professional (PMP Certification)Abilities:

• Oral and written communication skills

• Understanding of project lifecycle

• Stakeholder impact analysis

• Change management control

• scheduling terminology

• Project management software

• Schedule documentation and reporting techniques

• Scheduling data management information systems

• Scheduling techniques to include resource leveling, schedule compression, simulations, Gant Charts

• Quantitative and qualitative analysis, performance index, baseline execution index, float analysis

• Contract schedule requirementsPhysical Requirements and Safety Certifications:

• Occupation Safety Haz-Mat

• Cardiopulmonary ResuscitationSecurity and Work Locations:

• Work is primarily in San Diego, CA and Norfolk, VA but you may travel for extended periods to other shipyards in the USA and to other Navy ports outside the USA

• You will work at government facilities. You must be a US Citizenship eligible for clearance.

• You must pass a background investigation

• Valid driver's license

• This position may require ongoing or intermittent use of a company vehicle. Selected candidates must possess an acceptable driving record in accordance to our policy.

Pay range: $89,250 - $142,800
