Intuit Senior Product Marketing Manager-FinTech in San Diego, California

In Intuit’s Small Business and Self-Employed Group (SBSEG), we have an exciting opportunity to make a real impact in the lives of small businesses and the self-employed with a new fintech solution that is set to disrupt the small business banking and payments space.

In this role, you will lead product marketing and manage the go-to-market approach for QuickBooks Money, the first non-subscription money services tool in the QuickBooks product lineup. This is a unique opportunity for a highly motivated marketing leader to own a business end-to-end and accelerate QuickBooks’ growth trajectory in the fintech space. The ideal candidate will have prior experience bringing new products to market with an emphasis on B2B and financial products.

What you'll bring

  • 5 - 10+ years of experience bringing new financial product offerings to market, and driving revenue & customer growth. Emphasis on banking or payments is a plus.

  • Strong strategic thinker; able to bring structure to ambiguous situations and influence across teams and functions.

  • Strong prioritization skills and ability to make strategic choices, specifically narrowing from a range of opportunities to highest impact near-term and long-term levers.

  • Highly analytical and problem-solving orientation with clear examples of using data actively for customer insights, measurement, ROI analysis and recommendations.

  • Understands and utilizes core marketing frameworks (e.g. price, product, positioning, and placement) and testing methodologies

  • Strong track record of leadership and influencing skills in a cross-functional, fast-moving environment.

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

  • BA/BS required, MBA preferred.

How you will lead

  • Own the plan for our 1-year business plan, including strategic choices about where to play and how to win.

  • Create the value proposition for our money front door offering(s) and services by developing a deep understanding of the market opportunity, customer segments, competitors, business models, and positioning.

  • Develop research and testing plans and actively analyze business data from multiple sources to generate insights and make informed decisions.

  • Translate insights into impact by identifying the critical few priorities that unlock growth opportunities; develop business cases and execute activation plans.

  • Partner deeply cross-functionally to influence the product and marketing roadmaps and create awesome end-to-end customer experiences with Product Management, Analytics, Digital Channels, Customer Success, Sales, Partnerships, Lifecycle Marketing, and Ecosystem.

  • Create and deploy differentiated, insights-based messaging and claims in partnership with Market Research, Design and Legal.

  • Driving the forecasting process and effectively communicate business plans and business performance data across teams and up to Executive level.

  • Contribute to 3-year strategic planning and make decisions that benefit the customer and the entire Intuit portfolio, not just the offering.
