is a rapidly growing company currently hiring a Retail Security Officer. We have a state-of-the-art infrastructure and we're looking for a strong Retail Security Officer. We are a national company with 27 talent centers and over 250 locations throughout the country.

Unarmed Flex Security Officer Responsibilities:

  • Flex officers MUST be able to travel to different customer locations. Must have reliable transportation, not all locations are public transportation accessible.

  • Flex officers MUST have open availability for all shifts each day of the week.

  • Provide professional assistance to customers, employees, and visitors.

  • Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot, bicycle, or vehicle.

  • Stay available to cover immediate needs, including weekends and holidays.

    QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

  • Former Law Enforcement or previous Military experience - REQUIRED

  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent

  • Possess a valid driver license or state Id.

  • Possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional and effective manner.

  • Obtain/maintain a valid State Guard License.

  • As a condition of employment, employees must successfully complete a background investigation and a drug screen in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

  • Display exceptional customer service and communication skills.

  • Have intermediate computer skills to operate innovative wireless technology at client specific sites.

  • Ability to handle crisis situations at the client site, calmly and efficiently.

  • Patrols of exterior areas of assigned locations.

  • Reporting safety concerns, security breaches and unusual circumstances both verbally and in writing.

  • Remain flexible to ever changing environments; adapt well to different situations.
