Description Management Resources is seeking an experienced consultant with expertise in SEC financial reporting, including XBRL, to assist our financial department for a 6 month engagement. The ideal candidate will have experience with the review of monthly consolidation packages and the quarterly 10-Q preparations. Accounting expertise is a priority, particularly in the preparation of memos and journal entries involving payroll bonuses and restricted stock.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Take charge of SEC financial reports including XBRL

• Review monthly consolidation package and assist with quarterly 10-Q preparations in Workiva

• Utilize provided templates for memo preparation

• Oversee and prepare journal entries, particularly relating to payroll bonuses and restricted stock

• Prepare equity roll forwards

• Oversee month-end close

Engagement Requirements:

• Accounting Degree & CPA is ideal

• Strong SEC financial reporting and technical accounting experience

• Proficiency with Workiva

• Yadi ERP system is preferred but not a must
