Job Title: Quality Technician

Job Description

We are on the lookout for a diligent Quality Technician to perform technical tasks related to our Quality Control (QC) department. Your primary responsibilities will include performing inspection and testing, documenting findings, and spending approximately 4 hours daily on microscope inspections. Knowledge in Excel will be greatly utilized in this role. You will also perform dimensional and mechanical inspections, with training provided. Familiarity with blueprint reading is preferred, but not a requirement, along with good computer skills.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in San Diego, California.

Work Environment

The successful candidate will be working in a CLEANROOM manufacturing/production environment. Comfortability with clean room attire is a must. The role will require physical mobility within the plant, the ability to either stand or sit for extended periods, and the ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds. Familiarity with microelectronics is an advantage.
