Robert Half Project Coordinator in San Diego, California

Description

Our client, a dynamic and innovative company, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to join their team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the successful execution of various projects and support the overall project management process.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist project managers in planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.

  • Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information.

  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.

  • Communicate with team members and stakeholders to provide updates and gather project requirements.

  • Monitor project progress and address potential issues and risks promptly.

  • Organize and facilitate project meetings, preparing agendas and taking minutes.

  • Assist in the preparation and delivery of project deliverables, proposals, and presentations.

  • Track and manage project changes and ensure project management standards are followed.

  • Support the development and implementation of project management processes and best practices.

    Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.

  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field preferred.

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
