Rady Children's Hospital San Diego Project Analyst - Staff Development and Education in San Diego, California

JOB SUMMARY:

The Project Analyst helps drive a project from start to finish by coordinating information, providing support through data analysis, and documenting the requirements of a project throughout its lifecycle, contributing to overall strategy and performance evaluation. This position performs a variety of project-oriented, complex analytical functions and is responsible for project planning, documentation, and monitoring. Also provides general technical support and guidance to the project team.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s Degree

In-depth knowledge of computer hardware and peripherals (PC based)

Experience working with children with acute or chronic illness

Thorough knowledge of PC software applications including, but not limited to, Access, Adobe, Excel, Outlook Calendaring, PowerPoint, Word

Knowledge of system logic flow and flow charting techniques

Experience in creating surveys and analyzing data via survey websites

Technical knowledge of information systems

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION:

2 years of experience

Knowledge of general patient care concepts

Knowledge of general financial and accounting principles

Experience in the design and development of relational databases using data modeling concepts and database design techniques, database maintenance, storage procedures, and data access optimization

Experience working in a medical setting

The expected hiring range for this position is $26.74 to $36.78
