Role

ServiceNow is experiencing tremendous growth with the market acceptance of our cloud-based workflow management products, apps, and industry solutions and we are transforming our Enterprise NPI operating model to support our speed of innovation.

The Program Manager, Offer Lifecycle Readiness will lead cross-functional, strategic product launches ensuring value chain readiness and accelerating time to value. You will also drive continuous optimization of our NPI processes. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of launching commercial offers successfully, turning strategy into execution, transforming to drive operational scale to support speed of product innovation, and delivering business outcomes on time and with high quality. The successful candidate is a results-driven leader who brings a strategic approach and thought leadership to achieve desired business outcomes. In addition, the selected candidate has demonstrated operational rigor and continuous delivery of improvements with measurable impact.

What you get to do:

  • Define and execute program plans with cross-functional GTM teams to ensure lead-to-cash and goal-to-commission operational readiness for launch.

  • Influence and work cross-functionally to align and execute functional project plans, identifying, and actively managing risks and issues to resolution to ensure successful launch and lifecycle management of commercial offerings.

  • Turn monetization strategy and recommendations into execution

  • Own comprehensive planning ensuring deliverables are completed on time, on budget, and with quality, including post launch readiness

  • Define & manage KPI’s across product lifecycle

  • Accountable for identifying and driving action plans cross-functionally to improve KPI’s

  • Mobilize and orchestrate a variety of transformation initiatives, including digitization and automation projects

  • Develop, manage and execute detailed project plans that consider all requirements, constraints, resources, and deliverables associated with the defined objectives

  • Conduct thorough and detailed analysis to produce data driven recommendations to enable leadership decisions

  • Deliver progress updates to stakeholders and leadership

In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who has:

  • Proven experience in product release management and launching SaaS offers (7-10 years) – must have

  • Strong program management skills & strong facilitation skills (7-10 years) – must have

  • Strong lead-to-cash experience (5-7 years) – must have

  • Leading diverse, high performing distributed and matrixed teams

  • Ability to conduct meaningful analysis of complex data and translate the results into actionable messages and deliverables

  • Ability to prioritize initiatives in a fast-paced environment to drive meaningful results

  • Ability to challenge the status quo and develop mindshare to drive towards a common goal

  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills with the ability to work at all levels of the organization

  • Combination of strong intellect, exceptional active listening skills, and creative problem solving skills

For positions in California (outside of the Bay Area), we offer a base pay of $107,400 - $187,800, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs (subject to eligibility requirements). Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located, and is subject to change based on work location. For individuals who will be working in the Bay Area, there is a pay enhancement for positions located in that geographical area; please contact your recruiter for additional information.
