Naval Facilities Engineering Command PROGRAM ANALYST in San Diego, California

Summary You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the Business Analysis Department (BD51) of NAVFAC SOUTHWEST. Responsibilities You will receive and maintain cognizance of approved funds, responsible for day-to-day management of the administration of the budget. You will provide complex substantive management support services in the area of program cost analysis, annual/multi-year long range fiscal planning, and development of annual work plan(s). You will develop briefings to support/defend budget related issues. You will review, analyze, edit, and consolidate budget submissions and data calls. You will track and evaluate the budget throughout the operating year via integrated reporting systems against the Execution Plan. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Examples of 1) Experience working with Working Capital Fund and General Fund models to provide analytical services and budget execution management;2) Developing and executing General and Administrative overhead budget;3) Utilizing Resource Planning tools for financial or program analyst functions, including purchase requisitions, project structures, network activities, reporting, cost transfers, and/or undistributed labor.NOTE: This experience must be fully supported in your resume to be considered for the position .
