We are looking for a Production Manager to join our family! The Production Manager will manage all Device Production, Test, and RMA/Repair/Conversion Teams to ensure that quality product is completed per schedule in the most efficient manner possible. Management of the department personnel is performed with transaction and work instruction documentation, process and procedure verification, training & mentorship, system review, and continual improvement with lean principles. Denotes and/or moves assembled inventory required for production. May assist with WIP inventory cycle counts & assists with the analysis of cycle count discrepancies. Attends & acts upon production, S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning), MRB (Material Review Board) and ECO/CCB meetings actions.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities include:

• Ensures that all device production, Test, and RMA/Repair Teams ensure that quality product is completed per schedule in the most efficient manner possible to meet company delivery goals.

• Supervises teams with emphasis on cross training the personnel for correct production assembly, test, and repair as necessary.

• Maintains production KPI’s for safety, production quality, delivery to schedule & cost for both production & RMA area, including overtime, resource planning & labor capacity/absorption.

• Maintains controls over various types of WIP inventories (raw materials, RMA, Exchange/Replace, subassemblies) with proper and good ESD controls.

• Trains and mentors’ production team in lean manufacturing principles – works with personnel to submit continual improvement ideas for implementation.

• Interfaces with Warehouse, Mfg. Engineering, Purchasing, Quality & Engineering department leaders to remove roadblocks to quality production.

• Assists with physical inventory counts and assists with discrepancy reconciliation actions.

• Has extensive knowledge/experience in lean principles including line layouts, material flow & 7S.

• Continues to build knowledge of the organization, products, processes, and customers.

• Uses prescribed guidelines or policies to analyze and resolve problems.

• Receives a minimal level of guidance and direction; Provides high level of guidance & direction to team.

• Manages RMA Technician Schedules/Travels based on demand and in coordination with the Tech Support team & resources.

• Oversees & coordinates RMA and Production teams on Large Distributor and Reseller Return/Repairs/Refurbishments.

Requirements and Qualifications:

•Bachelors degree required

•Must have 7-10 years of related production and lean experience and/or training

•Computer and software experience including ERP and MS Office programs; FSS product and/or golf knowledge & experience preferred

•Must adhere to all Foresight Sports safety policies

Pay Range:

$80,700.00 - $126,300.00

The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
