have strong program management experience with deep technical understanding in a

platform context, customer empathy, strong execution capability, and a track record of

building strong business partnerships and delivering impactful business results.

What you'll bring

• Strong Program Management team leadership experience, including 10+ yearsleading multiple complex software development projects

• Excellent influencing skills. Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix environment, and ability to influence at all levels and build strong partnerships across organizations indelivering the best outcome of complex programs

• Outstanding communication skills appropriate for executive-level audiences

• Strong technical knowledge with the ability to guide and influence senior leaders

• Ability to rally teams behind your execution plan, communicate a clear story of challenges and opportunities, and align executive teams on program outcomes

• Experience driving program outcomes in an Agile/Scrum based environment, balancing the desire of date driven business outcomes and prioritization-based development outcomes

How you will lead

• Kickstart multi-org programs, aligning disparate leaders and programs on single program outcomes

• Create program structures that empower multi-org and distributed teams to achieve successful outcomes

• Manage program dependencies, reporting and Sr. Leader escalations and communications

• Define multi-org product & operational standards, dashboards, and processes

• Drive continuous improvement across multi-org program teams enabling product & operational excellence

• Drive/challenge discussions with experts achieving optimal outcomes

• Influence program outcomes to align with Intuit’s technical & business strategy

• Bring outside-in learnings to the team

• Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders across Product Development, Product Management, Design, Marketing, and Customer Success

• Develop a close working relationship with the stakeholders to ensure that the team is focused on the highest priority programs, and is helping deliver the most value to our customers

• Develop common mechanisms for keeping key stakeholders informed on the portfolio progress, risks, and issues
