Our client is a well-established company in the construction field, renowned for its high-quality projects and excellent customer service. They are currently seeking an experienced Operations Manager for their site in San Diego, CA. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, improving performance, managing and motivating staff, and ensuring safety regulations compliance. The ideal candidate will have a background in construction management and proven leadership skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Direct, coordinate, and oversee the daily operations of the construction site.

• Manage and lead staff, fostering a positive work environment to ensure productivity.

• Monitor budgets, ensure financial efficiency, and facilitate outstanding customer service.

• Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices.

• Ensure all legal health and safety guidelines are followed on site.

• Formulate strategic and operational objectives.

  Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field.

• Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role in the construction field.

• Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management.

• Excellent leadership ability, team management, and interpersonal skills.

• Great organization and time-management abilities.

• Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
