We are looking for a reliable Material Handler to join our team. You will be responsible for receiving and unloading shipments, lifting and moving materials weighing 50 lbs or more, and maintaining accurate inventory. Your focus on safety and quality control will be essential in ensuring efficient operations. Responsibilities

• Receiving and Unloading: Accept incoming shipments and unload materials from trucks or containers.

• Lifting and Moving: Lift and move materials weighing 50 lbs or more, ensuring proper lifting techniques are used to prevent injury.

• Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels through tracking and record-keeping.

• Storage Organization: Properly store materials in designated areas to maximize efficiency and accessibility.

• Order Preparation: Pick and pack materials for shipment based on order specifications.

• Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.

• Quality Control: Inspect materials for damage or defects before processing or storage.

• Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

• Data Entry: Input data related to inventory and material handling into computer systems.

• Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to coordinate material flow.

• Cleaning and Maintenance: Keep work areas clean and assist in maintaining equipment and tools.
