As Manager, Global Marketing, you will be responsible for global marketing strategy and planning for Pyxis central pharmacy solutions, and specifically our inventory management solutions. You will partner closely with region marketing teams and product development teams to ensure strong execution of product launches, and strategic product placement and promotion, to achieve planned growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities will include:

• Launch planning and execution for internally developed and partner products, including development of launch readiness assets as needed

• Conduct customer segmentation analysis, value offer development, and identify needs/opportunities to generate and communicate new evidence to drive adoption in target segments

• Responsible for strategic and tactical go-to-market plans, including product level positioning and messaging to be used by sales and marketing within the regions

• Provide knowledge and expertise across the full marketing mix, including advertising, direct marketing, digital, tradeshows, public relations, scientific communications, and other communications channels

• Develop key opinion leader relationships and advocacy through evidence-based communication and education

• Responsible for Lifecycle management and EOL planning for assigned products

• Complete key stage-gate (GPDS) governance activities with adherence to BD Way of Marketing standard processes

• Able to understand and communicate complex workflows, developing and demonstrating strong product and market knowledge, specifically related to medication management in hospitals

• Demonstrate strong social skills related to establishing and maintaining relationships with customers and key influencers to ensure that marketing decisions are customer focused

About you: To be successful in this role, you require:

• Minimum 5 years in marketing and/or product/solution management with validated excellence in commercial strategy and launch planning required

• Minimum bachelor's degree required, Marketing/Business or Technical Field; MBA preferred

• Healthcare automation experience and hospital pharmacy experience desired

• Experience with marketing software applications and coordinated workflow experience desired

• Experience in highly matrixed environments, able to work with cross-functional teams and to lead teams beyond your direct span of control

• Strong organizational, leadership and social skills

• Experience working across international geographies with success in incorporating diverse collaborator feedback preferred

• Outstanding written and verbal presentation skills; data driven.

• Able to understand and communicate complex workflows, developing and demonstrating strong product and market knowledge, specifically related to medication management in hospitals

• Demonstrated strong social skills related to establishing and maintaining relationships with customers and key influencers ensuring that marketing decisions are customer focused

Travel: ​​​

• Up to 25% travel required

Salary ranges have been implemented to reward associates fairly and competitively, as well as to support recognition of associates’ progress, ranging from entry level to authorities in their field, and talent mobility. There are many factors, such as location, that supply to the range displayed. The salary offered to a successful candidate is based on experience, education, skills, and actual work location. Salary ranges may vary for Field-based and Remote roles. ​

$ 104,900.00 - $173,000.00 USD.

Skill Bridge:

This role is considering all qualified candidates, including transitioning service members. The BD Skill Bridge Fellowship Program provides opportunities for transitioning service members to gain valuable civilian work experience through individual Fellowships during their last 6 months of service, for up to 180 days.

SkillBridge participants are not eligible for compensation or benefits from BD, as they continue to receive military compensation and benefits as active-duty service members.  After successful completion of the program, there may be an opportunity to be considered for a full-time position, depending on business needs.

Requirement:

• Must meet all Department of Defense Skill Bridge Eligibility requirements and be approved to participate in the Skill Bridge program with your military installation command.
