Description

We are seeking a dedicated HR Assistant to join our client's team. The successful candidate will assist with all aspects of Human Resources including recruitment and onboarding, benefits and compensation administration, maintaining employee records, and supporting the HR team. The HR Assistant plays a crucial role in ensuring our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while maintaining a positive work culture.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the recruitment and hiring process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting telephone and in-person interviews, and making job offers.

• Administer new employee onboarding and orientation.

• Support the administration of benefits and compensation.

• Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements.

• Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data.

• Handle HR-related queries, concerns and grievances from employees.

• Handle employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an HR assistant, or relevant human resources/administrative experience.

• Knowledge of HR processes and best practices.

• Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS).

• Strong ability in using Microsoft Office

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle data with confidentiality.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, and/or equivalent experience.
