Location: La Jolla

Compensation: $40-50

Job Description

Seeking an experienced Foreman with a minimum of 4 years in a similar role, preferably with a Grading Contractor. The selected candidate will support the General Superintendent in overseeing projects and ensuring timely completion. Responsibilities include leading teams, optimizing productivity, maintaining general project awareness, improving profitability, and writing reports. The role involves minimal hands-on operating tasks. To be considered for this role candidates must have experience from reputable grading companies throughout Southern California or with major contractors if relocating to Southern California.

• Create daily plans to maintain schedule

• Work together along side contractors and Geo-Technical contractors
