Job Title: General Laborer

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated General Laborer to join our team. Your primary responsibilities will include construction site cleanup, driving trucks, towing trailers, and performing various cleaning tasks such as sweeping, vacuuming, and dust control. You will also be responsible for organizing materials at the yard, washing windows, and loading/unloading trucks. Daily duties may vary depending on project needs. Additionally, you will drive the company truck to make deliveries and participate in daily meetings to detail out the project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform construction site cleanup

• Drive trucks and tow trailers

• Sweep and vacuum as needed

• Load and unload trucks

• Organize materials at the yard

• Wash windows and manage dust control

• Drive F350 company truck to make deliveries

• Participate in daily meetings to detail project requirements

• Execute daily duties based on project needs

• Ensure efficiency in all tasks

Essential Skills

• Experience with general labor in construction

• Commercial and residential site cleanup

• Towing and trailer experience

• Proficiency with hand and power tools

• Loading and unloading materials

• Concrete handling

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• English proficiency

• Knowledge of various trades

• Clean driving record

• Janitorial experience (preferred)

Work Environment

You will primarily work on residential construction job sites, where you will be exposed to various working conditions. Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Diego, California

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
