As a Qualcomm IT Cybersecurity Intern, you’ll have the opportunity to push the boundaries of what exists and help establish the new standards for tomorrow. You will have the opportunity to work with teams across multiple security domains, e.g. anomaly detection and event monitoring, identity and access management, security architecture, and cyber security engineering operations. You will leverage your degree to make an immediate impact on one of Qualcomm’s numerous technologies.

Minimum Qualifications

  • In study towards a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related fields.

  • Must be available for 11 – 14 weeks during Summer 2025 (May-September) with a graduation date of December 2025 or later

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Cybersecurity Principals, Statistics, ML/AI

  • Knowledge of security frameworks, endpoint security, cryptography, forensics, phishing, and malware analysis

  • Experience with Windows & Linux (Any Distribution)

  • Programming Experience in Java, C, C++, C#, Python Bash, Perl

  • Candidates actively pursuing a degree with an anticipated graduation within the upcoming year preferred Dec 2025 to June 2026.

Pay range:

$17.00 - $98.00

The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted. Even more importantly, please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Qualcomm. We also offer a competitive annual discretionary bonus program and opportunity for annual RSU grants (employees on sales-incentive plans are not eligible for our annual bonus).
