Work you'll do

As a GPS Cybersecurity Manager you will implement risk management programs for our federal clients by utilizing NIST, RMF, and FISMA compliance frameworks; Enhance cyber awareness with clients and project teams; Work alongside federal clients to help them mitigate risk with the use of continuous monitoring and incident response; Establish security controls to ensure protection of client systems; Implement cutting edge security tools for our federal clients

Qualifications

Required:

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or at any time in the future

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Cybersecurity or related technical field

  • 8 years of Cybersecurity and Information Assurance experience in a DoD environment (preferably C4ISR) in two or more CS/IA areas: CS/IA Compliance; Software Assurance and Security Engineering; Systems Security Architecture, Systems Security Analysis; Computer Network Defense (CND) Analysis; Threat Analysis; Exploitation Analysis

  • 1 year of experience and working knowledge of the Risk Management Framework (RMF)

  • Experience in leading in one or more of the following Cybersecurity/Information Assurance areas: Assessing CS/IA technology gaps; leading design and fielding of CS/IA technologies, or providing support to relevant CS/IA groups, creation and proposal of technical solutions to CS/IA gaps that have been recently identified; Making significant contributions that impact future CS/IA capabilities in the Science & Technology domain

  • Active Secret Clearance

    Preferred:

  • Master's degree in cybersecurity, computing, engineering, mathematics, physics, management information systems, or another related engineering or computer science discipline

  • Currently possesses DoD Cyberspace Workforce (DCWF) Qualification and Management Program proficiency level of Intermediate or Advanced

  • Active Top Secret Clearance

    For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in California, Colorado, Hawaii, Jersey City, Nevada, New York state, and Washington State, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to California, Colorado, Hawaii, Jersey City, Nevada, New York state, and Washington state and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $113,000 to $198,000.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
