About The Role:

Responsible for conducting a variety of more complex analyses for the development of results focused on commercial real estate strategies in support of CBRE's clients. Draws conclusion(s) from analyses and makes recommendations to senior leaders.

What You'll Do:

  • Designs, generates, reviews and understands processes and reports related to industry and/or Capital Markets, etc. uses aggregate data from multiple sources to create a complete analysis, improvement and/or recommendation(s) for stakeholders.

  • Prepares and presents results of analysis for projects and/or programs overseen by Capital Markets along with their relative impact(s) to the business to all levels of management.

  • Manages and prepares various ongoing reporting, budgeting/forecasting analysis and ad hoc business related requests for management, sales professionals, clients, partners, and team members.

  • Conducts, synthesizes, and presents research on industry trends, benchmarks, and other issues of concern to management, clients, and/or collaborators; prepares recommendations and/or alternate courses of action as options.

  • Assists department with diverse analysis tasks such as real estate industry/market insights, management reporting and variance reviews, budgeting, forecasting.

  • Reviews internal and external collateral materials, proofreads content, ensures appropriate branding, and approves materials for distribution.

  • May act as a SME (Subject Matter Expert) for key systems/processes in subject teams and day-to-day functions.

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university and a minimum of 5 years related experience. Background in Finance, Accounting, Research and/or Business Analytics preferred.

  • Knowledge of Capital Markets industry preferred.

  • Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and/or commissions. Conducts basic financial analysis.

  • Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires advanced analytical and quantitative skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite Products including: Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.

  • Experience with desktop, graphics, and presentation software and technology preferred.

  • Ability to use query and report generating tools preferred.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Capital Markets Ops Senior Analyst position is $75,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Capital Markets Ops Senior Analyst position is $80,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
