Positions are required to assist Procurement in obtaining and cataloging export classification documents. Documents are needed to ship service parts overseas and realize revenue.

This family is responsible for the procurement of goods and services. Responsibilities include the development and negotiation of favorable prices, terms, schedules and other provisions of purchase orders and acquisition contracts , ensuring consistency with client requirements and procurement policies/procedures. It also includes purchase order administration/file maintenance, closeout for all procurement related activities and supplier customer management. At higher levels in this family, responsibilities may include creating complex solicitations, supporting proposals, conducting price and cost analysis, negotiating price/cost and price/cost-related terms and other subcontract provisions. Confers with suppliers and analyzes suppliers' operations to determine factors that affect prices and determines lowest cost consistent with quality, reliability, and ability to meet required schedules. Reviews proposals, and selects or recommends suppliers based on gathered information. May also recommend improvements to procurement processes and procedures. Position Details:

• Pay Rate / Range:__$20-23.63

The above salary range represents the range expected for the position; however, final salary offers are based on a number of factors such as the position’s responsibilities; the candidate’s experience, education, and skills; location; travel required; and current market conditions.
