Description

As our client continues to grow, we are seeking a dedicated Accounts Payable Specialist to join their finance team. As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will play a key role in our finance department, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payments.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Verifying and reconciling invoices with purchase orders and receipts.

• Processing payments to vendors, ensuring adherence to payment schedules.

• Maintaining accurate records of accounts payable transactions.

• Resolving discrepancies and ensuring proper documentation.

• Collaborating with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow and resolve issues promptly.

• Assisting with month-end closing activities and financial reporting as needed.

  Requirements

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Specialist or similar role.

• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles.

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks) and MS Office, especially Excel.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred).
