Robert Half HR Coordinator in San Bernardino, California

Description

We are in search of an HR Coordinator to join our team in the manufacturing industry based in San Bernardino, California. This contract to hire employment opportunity involves providing administrative support to our HR department, assisting with recruitment processes and coordinating company events.

Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance and support for both internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests

• Implement administrative duties including, but not limited to, filing and maintaining employee records

• Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and legal requirements

• Collaborate with the team to organize company events and celebrations

• Assist the recruitment process by posting positions internally

• Maintain employee files to ensure legal compliance

• Prepare HR-related reports as needed

• Provide support for HR staff and contribute to special projects

• Handle other duties as assigned

• Utilize skills such as ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, Ceridian, Dayforce, About Time, Auditing, Background Checks, Benefit Functions, Communication.

Must be Bilingual in Spanish

Requirements

• Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in a Human Resources role within the manufacturing industry

• Demonstrated proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now

• Knowledge of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode

• Familiarity with HRM tools such as Ceridian, Dayforce, and About Time

• Proven experience in auditing and conducting background checks

• Ability to manage various benefit functions

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• A track record of maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion

• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred

• Prior experience in labor law and employment equity regulations

• Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

• Intermediate in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
