Insight Global Technical Account Manager in San Antonio, Texas

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and technically adept Technical Account Manager (TAM) with a strong background in IT management or directorship. The TAM will manage a diverse portfolio of 20-21 client accounts, ranging from 50 to 1000 employees, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate is passionate about their work, hungry, motivated, and presentable.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

Provide broad-spectrum IT support, including networking, field service, systems, and client systems. Must have a high technical aptitude and the ability to understand and address client needs.

Align IT services with business requirements, making strategic recommendations to optimize and utilize IT services effectively.

Identify and pursue opportunities for additional IT services that could benefit clients, supporting the sales team in a 5-step process.

Meet KPIs related to margin and opportunity hunting, with a focus on performance and client retention.

Skills and Requirements

Proven experience as an IT Manager or Director, with a broad understanding of various IT domains. Tier II experience and understanding.

Strong technical background, particularly in networking and cybersecurity. Previous experience as a TAM is beneficial.

Ability to align IT services with business goals. Experience in a business environment is crucial.

Excellent communication skills, able to engage with internal POCs and clients effectively. Not an introvert; must be personable and professional. -Bachelor's degree
