Job Duties:

• Developing and maintaining software solutions and core internal integrations;
• Working within self-organized teams to ensure software is built to customer expectations as well as guides and mentors developers;
• Building systems to interface with SWIVEL clientele;
• Automating processes to improve efficiency and building tools to eliminate repetitive tasks;
• Working with product partners to understand requirements and goals, and preparing wireframes and mock-ups for proposed designs;
• Conducting peer reviews to ensure that development and security standards are enforced;
• Guiding and mentoring junior and mid-level developers on the team;
• Demonstrating knowledge of object oriented programming (OOP) and SOLID principles and design patterns;
• Utilizing C#, JavaScript, XML, and JSON in carrying out development;
• Troubleshooting advanced SQL performance issues and writing/tuning advanced SQL queries;
• Employing a variety of programming languages, including C#, JavaScript/jQuery;
• Employing microservice architecture and cloud-native services (e.g. AWS Cloud Native Services, AWS Lambda, Amazon API Gateway);
• Working in a continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) environment;
• Carrying out three-tier architecture, and other design patterns;
• Utilizing team development tools and source control; and
• Performing development within JavaScript frameworks

Job Requirements:

• Master's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering related field and 3 years of experience, or a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering related field and 5 years of experience, in the job offered or a related role using AWS, Lambda, AWS CLI, AWS SDK, AWS Serverless Framework, Amazon API Gateway, Serverless Application, three-tier architecture, Visual Studio, C#, JavaScript, JQuery, XML, ReactJS, Node.js, GIT, S3, JWT, OAuth, RESTful API, and JSON.
• Experience with NoSQL, AWS Fargate, AWS CloudWatch, AWS Cognito, SNS, SQS, Control Tower, CloudFront, CloudFormation, Elastic Search, Dynamo DB, Dynamo DB Streams, Kinesis, Docker, EC2, VPC, Unit Testing, and Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD).
