Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Social Media Specialist in San Antonio, Texas. In this role, you will take responsibility for enhancing social media strategies for our existing clients, developing and implementing comprehensive social media campaigns, and creating engaging content across various platforms. You will be part of a dynamic team working together to ensure a cohesive and effective social media presence.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the enhancement of social media strategies for existing clients

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media campaigns that align with client goals

• Create and curate engaging, high-quality content across various social media platforms

• Analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns and report on their success

• Work closely with clients and the internal team to ensure a cohesive and effective social media presence

• Stay updated with the latest social media trends and tools to keep our strategies innovative

• Manage social media budgets and ensure the efficient allocation of resources

• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients to improve their social media presence

• Use skills such as Facebook Insights, Google+, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Instagram, Advertisements, Analytics, Blogging, Brand Awareness, and Campaign Planning to execute tasks effectively. Requirements • Proficiency in using social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google+, among others.

• Demonstrated experience with social media analytics tools like Facebook Insights and Google Analytics.

• Familiarity with social media management tools like Hootsuite.

• Proven ability to create impactful social media advertisements.

• Strong understanding of social media analytics and ability to interpret data.

• Experience with blogging and creating engaging content for a variety of platforms.

• Proven ability to increase brand awareness through various social media strategies.

• Demonstrated experience in campaign planning and execution.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

• Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practices.

• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
