Description We are seeking a Software Developer based in San Antonio, Texas, who will primarily focus on SharePoint Administration and Change Management. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity. The successful candidate will assist with transferring information from Teams Dynamics to SharePoint as our team moves towards using SharePoint exclusively.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the transition of information from Teams Dynamics to SharePoint

• Administer SharePoint, maintaining the efficiency and security of the platform

• Manage the university portal, ensuring FAQs, knowledge-based articles, service requests, and change management data are up-to-date and accessible

• Collaborate with other team members to facilitate the smooth transition to using SharePoint exclusively

• Resolve any SharePoint-related issues promptly and professionally

• Monitor and manage changes within the SharePoint environment

• Liaise with other departments to gather and document SharePoint requirements

• Implement SharePoint updates and improvements as required

• Provide technical support for SharePoint users

• Ensure the integrity of data by regularly reviewing and updating SharePoint security measures. Requirements • Proficiency in SharePoint and SharePoint Administration

• Knowledge and experience in Software Development

• Familiarity with Change Management principles and practices

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Excellent problem-solving skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Continual learning and development of new and improved software development methodologies
