Position Summary:

The Parts Clerk role is to assist with the parts organization and inventory.

Responsibilities:

• Ordering CPU parts

• Coordinating with vendors to return unused parts

• Handling part warranties to avoid penalties

• Assisting in pulling outside tech parts for the next day’s routes

• Organizing spreadsheets to keep track of parts and reports

• Other duties as delegated

Qualifications:

• Moderate to proficient computer skills are required (MS Word and Excel)

• Must have working knowledge of AS400

• Able to identify part numbers and cores

• Capable of ascending/descending flight(s) of stairs without damage to product

• Overall ability to occasionally move/position product weighing up to 100 lbs. without assistance

• Must be able to frequently position self to maintain/move product throughout the facility and be able to remain in a stationary position for long periods of time

• Must be able to constantly work in an open/outdoor warehouse environment

• Pass a post-offer, pre-employment background and drug test

• High school diploma or GED is required

• Full time schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays, with overtime as needed
