One of our Fortune 500 clients is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Service Associate to join their team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and hospitality while assisting with their inquiries and needs. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for helping others.

Day to Day:

Mail room - servicing 2 floors

Greet visitors

Order lunches

Manage inventory

Scanning, copy

Lifting boxing

Setting up hospitality

A lot of walking.
