We are offering an exciting opportunity in the telecom industry for a Network Manager based in San Antonio, Texas. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our network infrastructure. This includes Local Area Networks (LANs), Wide Area Networks (WANs), and Software-Defined WANs (SD-WAN) solutions. Apply today to learn more about this exciting opportunity!

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage network infrastructure including LANs, WANs, and SD-WAN solutions

• Utilize Cisco Meraki, Cisco ACI, and Cisco ISE to configure, manage, and troubleshoot network devices and security policies

• Monitor network performance proactively, identify and diagnose network issues, and implement solutions to minimize downtime and maintain optimal network efficiency

• Stay informed about the latest network technologies and security threats, and recommend and implement necessary upgrades and security solutions

• Develop and maintain network documentation, including network diagrams, configuration files, and security procedures

• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless network operations.

Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Network Manager role or similar

• Proficiency in Cisco Technologies

• Practical experience with EO/IR systems

• Knowledge of Firewall Technologies

• Familiarity with Microsoft software and systems

• Experience with Network Infrastructure setup and management

• Understanding of Active Directory

• Experience with Backup Technologies

• Competency in Computer Hardware

• Skills in Configuration Management

• Ability to Design and implement network systems

• Knowledge of SD-WAN and Meraki

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
