The Team:
The Identity Access Management Operations (IAM Ops) is an internal organization in Citi with over 600 employees across the globe. IAM Ops manages entitlement and provisioning access for internal Citi employees, contractors and increasingly for external Citi clients using Citi applications. IAM Ops works in partnership with other Citi departments to build appropriate security architecture in new applications, while supporting large business-driven technology projects related to information security issues.
The Role:
The IAM Ops team's Infrastructure Quality Assurance, Intermediate Analyst assists all Citigroup application teams, feed providers, Information Security Officers (ISO) with integration of new entitlement feed into Citi's proprietary Enterprise Entitlement Review System (EERS), and reviews/revalidates entitlement feeds. This role is also responsible for integrating entitlement feeds for Infrastructure/Applications and the Quality Assurance (QA) of entitlement data in the EERS.

Responsibilities
Assess, triage, research, and remediate any issues found in the Entitlements feed
Attend conference calls involving technical questions for Citi enterprise platforms, applications and related systems (e.g., Mainframe, Active Directory, and UNIX)
Perform project management and business process improvement
Understand and implement the documented Enterprise Entitlement Review System (EERS) Integration & QA process
Assist internal application teams in creating high quality entitlement feeds into EERS
Function as the SME on the EERS feeds and lead meetings with the global community
Communicate QA requirements to all stakeholders involved in projects
Provide continuous improvement suggestions around the QA process
Track the application team’s progress in remediating the feeds and use the escalation process effectively
Analyze and provide feedback to the teams on feed quality analysis
Produce periodic metrics and reporting of progress, issues, and potential risks upon request
Track progress and provide ongoing updates to stakeholders as needed
Analyze current entitlement feeds to EERS noting any areas of concern
Assist other IAM/EERS team members as needed
Qualifications
At least 2+ years' experience in Quality Assurance, Technology Operations, or related field
Excellent time management and ability to adhere to tight deadlines, while communicating status with management
Ability to work autonomously in a timely manner with minimal oversight
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
Basic experience working with MS Access
Strong proficiency with O365/MS Office suite
Understanding of data transmission protocols
High attention to detail
Ability to identify any emerging or existing risk and escalate appropriately as needed
Fluent written and oral communication skills in English
Spanish or Portuguese would be a big plus
Ability to effectively communicate with a diverse, international user base.
Experience servicing internal clients and business partners
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Education
- Bachelor's/University degree is preferred or equivalent experience
