Job Description

CMI Management LLC is seeking a Housekeeping Janitorial Custodial Supervisor to join our team! You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment at our 200 sq ft client site in San Antonio, TX.

Responsibilities:

• Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition

• Perform heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors and shampooing rugs

• Perform routine maintenance tasks

• Organize custodial closets and spaces

• Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment

Qualifications

• A minimum of five (5) years proven experience in the housekeeping/janitorial services supervisory experience in a building of 200k sq feet with demonstrated experience in supervision.

• The ability to schedule and record work, write reports and communicate effectively with other persons in English.

• Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields

• Ability to handle physical workload

• Strong attention to detail

• Strong organizational skills
