The Snack Shack Attendant requires good communication and culinary skills. The preferred candidate will have hotel cooking experience and a culinary degree. The preferred candidate will also have a professional knowledge of cooking ingredients and procedures. The Food Truck Operator will work single stations in both the kitchen and the Sauced on Losoya pizza truck.

Qualifications:

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.

• Refined verbal communication skills.

• Culinary and Customer Service experience is preferred.

• Candidate should be able to perform all basic cooking skills.

• Must have open availability 7 days a week, AM and PM shifts.

• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Must be able to work past midnight.

• Able to work single station in the kitchen and pizza truck.

• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
