Outside working hours if other than M-F 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.:Occasional evening and weekend hours.

Job Summary and Description

Assists assigned community members, faculty, staff, and students to increase awareness of the availability of Experiential Learning experiences at all colleges within the Alamo Colleges District (ACD), ensuring that every student will have an Experiential Learning experience by graduation. Reports to the Career Experience Team Leader.

Qualifications

Minimum Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or a combination of relevant experience, education and training that equates to the required degree.
  • Two year of related experience, preferably in a college setting.
  • Experience working with parents/students in an educational or community program.

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Masters degree in a related field.
  • Four years of related experience.
  • Two years experience working with parents/students in an educational or community program.

Licenses and Certifications:

  • Must complete Level III Career Navigator Certification within 12 months of hire.
  • Must be certified in key competencies as defined by Student Success leadership within 12 months of hire.
