Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a BA to support a healthcare client. As a Business Analyst, you will provide operational support for a large medical management company. You will provide business and data analytic support for a PC laptop migration. You will develop business requirements and coordinate feasibility and cost analysis as it related to the migration project. You will manage and maintain the documentation throughout the development process and maintain the requirements traceability matrix. You will assist the IT department in developing and implementing strategic plans.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for hardware or infrastructure migration/implementation projects.

Utilize Smartsheets to create, manage, and track project plans, timelines, and deliverables.

Conduct detailed analysis of current systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and user guides.

Facilitate meetings and workshops with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and clarity on project objectives.

Assist in the development and execution of test plans to ensure successful implementation and migration.

Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting during and after the migration/implementation process.

Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.

Skills and Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a related field

3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in hardware or infrastructure migration/implementation projects

Proficiency in Smartsheets for project management and tracking Healthcare industry experience null
